We stand behind every Mendi product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund — no questions asked.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We know supplements work differently for different bodies. If you try a Mendi product and it is not right for you, we will refund your order in full. You do not need to return the product.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at hello@mendiwellness.com within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  2. Include your order number and let us know which product you would like to return or refund.
  3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of your request.

Refund Details

  • Timeframe: Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of approval.
  • Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Mendi error (wrong item, damaged product).
  • Subscription orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent orders may be returned within 14 days if unopened.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, request a refund for your original order and place a new order at your convenience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will reship at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice. Email us at hello@mendiwellness.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Orders placed more than 30 days prior (except where required by applicable law)
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers
  • Digital products or gift cards

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a state with additional consumer protection requirements, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
