About Mendi - Wellness Hub for Women

Back to You

There's a version of yourself you remember clearly. The morning you woke up before your alarm and felt ready. The afternoon you held a thought from beginning to end without losing the thread. The version of you that showed up fully, ran on something real, and didn't need to spend energy just maintaining baseline.

That version of you hasn't gone anywhere. She just needs pulling back.

That's what Mendi is for.

Why We Started

Mendi Founder

I grew up in San Francisco, in a city that practically invented the wellness conversation. I knew how to eat. I read the research. I took care of myself. And then, somewhere in my early 30s, after having my daughter, something shifted.

It wasn't dramatic. It never is. It was the kind of slow drift you almost don't notice until you're looking back at it. Mornings where the coffee didn't really land. Weeks where my focus felt softer than usual. A general sense of running at 80% when I knew — from lived experience — what 100% felt like.

[Here's where you add the specific moment — what you noticed first, what you told yourself it was, maybe a specific day or situation with your daughter that made it concrete. The more specific the better. Generic is forgettable.]

I went looking for answers. What I found was frustrating.

Products made for women 20 years older. Brands that wanted to walk me through a "transition" rather than help me feel like myself. Clinical language that made me feel like a patient. Pastel packaging that had nothing to do with the woman I actually was. And doctors who told me, gently but firmly, that some of what I was feeling was just part of my 30s now.

I wasn't managing decline. I was a woman with a full life, a daughter I wanted to show up for completely, and a body that needed real support — not a soft suggestion.

So I started reading. The clinical trials. The nutritional research. The emerging science around what women in their 30s and 40s actually need. Creatine for cognition and muscle retention. Magnesium for sleep, mood and bone health. Lion's mane for the brain fog nobody wants to admit they're having. A hormonal formula built around what the evidence says, not what's easiest to market.

The science was there. The brand wasn't. So I built Mendi.

What We Believe

Feeling less sharp in your 30s and 40s is not inevitable. The research says so. We believe you. And we believe you're done being talked through something that doesn't have to be managed at all — you just need the right support.

You're not fragile. You're not in decline. You're a woman who knows what feeling good is because you've felt it before, and you want it back. We built Mendi for exactly her. Warm enough to feel like a friend. Direct enough to actually be useful. Unapologetic about the fact that feeling like yourself is not a luxury or a phase — it's the baseline you deserve.

The Products

Everything we make starts with one question: will this actually help her feel the way she wants to feel?

Not will it sell. Not is it trending. Will it work.

Creatine because the research on women's cognition and muscle in their 30s and 40s is compelling and almost nobody in this category is talking about it. Magnesium because most women are deficient and it touches everything from sleep to anxiety to bone health. Lion's mane because brain fog is real and you don't have to accept it. Collagen because estrogen decline starts earlier than anyone tells you, and your joints and skin feel it first. And a hormonal support formula built from botanicals with the strongest clinical evidence behind them.

Not a shelf full of feel-good ingredients. A short, considered lineup built around your actual biology.

Because you remember what feeling good is. And you deserve to feel it again.
