Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the continental US. Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the US and Canada only. We are working on expanding to additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when your region is available.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use the link in that email or visit the carrier's website directly with your tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email hello@mendiwellness.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but cannot guarantee it once it enters fulfillment.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
First check with neighbors or your building's mailroom — packages are sometimes left there. If you still cannot locate your order, email us at hello@mendiwellness.com within 7 days of the delivery notification and we will investigate with the carrier.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe & Save locks in a 20% discount on every order. Your subscription renews automatically on the interval you select (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can modify, skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account page — no fees, no commitment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your Mendi account, navigate to Subscriptions, and select Cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date. If you have trouble, email hello@mendiwellness.com and we will cancel it for you immediately.
Can I change my subscription frequency?
Yes. Log in, go to Subscriptions, and update the delivery frequency. You can also skip your next order if you need extra time to finish your current supply.
Products & Ingredients
Are Mendi products safe to take together?
All four Mendi products — Strong, Clarity, Ground, and Balance — are designed to be taken together as a daily protocol. There are no known interactions between them. That said, if you are on prescription medications or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before adding any supplement.
Can I take Mendi products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch of every Mendi product is independently tested for purity, potency, and heavy metals. Certificates of Analysis are available on request — email hello@mendiwellness.com.
Are Mendi products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes. All Mendi products are gluten-free. Mendi Clarity (Lion's Mane), Mendi Ground (Magnesium Glycinate), and Mendi Balance are vegan. Mendi Strong is also vegan — the creatine monohydrate we use is synthetically produced, not animal-derived.
How should I store my supplements?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store in a bathroom (humidity can degrade quality). Refrigeration is not required but is fine for capsule products.
When will I notice results?
It depends on the product. Most women notice improvements in sleep quality from Mendi Ground within 7–14 days. Cognitive changes from Mendi Clarity typically take 4–6 weeks of consistent use. Strength and body composition changes from Mendi Strong are usually measurable within 4–8 weeks combined with resistance training. Mendi Balance hormonal support builds over 8–12 weeks.

How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email and we will send a reset link.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account and go to Addresses to add, edit, or remove shipping addresses. To update the address on an existing subscription, go to Subscriptions and edit the shipping address there.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email hello@mendiwellness.com with your request and we will process it within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy law.
